General Terms and Conditions
Voxline, Geneva. Version dated 18 September 2026. These terms apply to all Voxline setups, subscriptions and trials.
1. What Voxline provides.
An automated voice receptionist that answers calls forwarded from the client's number, takes messages and appointments, sends confirmations by SMS and forwards a summary to the client. Voxline is an automated assistant and identifies itself as such if asked. It gives no medical, technical or legal advice and only commits the client within the limits of the profile the client has approved.
2. The client's profile.
The client provides and keeps up to date the information used by the receptionist: opening hours, services, prices, cancellation rules, emergency instructions and transfer numbers. The client is responsible for its accuracy. Voxline follows these instructions; it does not replace the client's judgement or emergency services.
3. Setup.
CHF 99, once, for all plans. This includes number forwarding, configuration of the profile, calendar and rules, and a 45-minute fine-tuning session. The fee is due before setup and remains non-refundable once configuration has been completed.
4. Subscription and payment.
Everything is paid in advance. The monthly plan is paid each month for the coming month. The annual plan is paid in one instalment and includes two free months. The launch offer, reserved for those to whom it was offered in writing and valid for subscriptions until 30 November 2026, is a prepaid, non-refundable three-month package that subsequently continues at the monthly rate unless cancelled. Options are added to the plan and follow the same rules. Prices are in Swiss francs, excluding VAT.
5. Cancellation.
The monthly plan may be cancelled by email at any time, effective at the end of the current month, without a notice period. The annual plan may be converted to a monthly plan during the first 60 days: elapsed months are recalculated at the monthly rate and the balance is refunded; after this period, it runs until the end of its term. Upon cancellation, call forwarding is removed and the client's data is deleted within 30 days.
6. Minutes and overages.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of minutes. At 80% of the allowance, the client receives an email. If the allowance is exceeded, calls continue to be answered; minutes beyond the plan are free the first time. From the following month, the client chooses the 150-minute option or the higher plan. No cut-offs, no unannounced charges.
7. Updates.
Profile changes included in the plan are completed within five working days. Changes to prices, opening hours or emergency instructions are always made, with no limit on their number, within the same timeframe.
8. Availability and fallback.
Voxline relies on telephony and software providers. If the service is unavailable due to Voxline or its providers, the client receives a credit proportional to the days affected. Each Voxline number is configured with a fallback: if Voxline does not pick up, the call is forwarded to the fallback number provided by the client in their profile, usually their mobile. Voxline is not responsible for failures of the client's network or carrier.
9. Support.
Support is provided by email at info@voxline.ch. A request receives a reply within one business day. A blocking incident (Voxline no longer picks up or no longer forwards messages) receives an initial response within two hours on business days from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; outside these hours, the fallback in article 8 applies. Profile updates follow article 7.
10. Trial.
The 48-hour trial on a trial number is free and without commitment. It does not affect the client's line.
11. Data.
Calls are transcribed and summarised for transmission to the client; transcripts and summaries are retained for 90 days and then deleted. Processing involves technical providers, some outside Switzerland, bound by confidentiality commitments. Voxline does not create patient or customer records. The client informs callers of the use of an automated receptionist when their profession requires it.
12. Liability.
Voxline's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client during the last three months. Voxline is not responsible for the consequences of a missed appointment, a message not dealt with by the client or an inaccurate instruction in the profile.
13. Changes to the terms.
Voxline may amend these terms with 30 days' notice by email. If the amendment is unfavourable to the client, the client may cancel effective at the end of the current month, including an annual plan, with a pro rata refund for the remaining months.
14. Governing law.
Swiss law. Jurisdiction: Geneva.
