About Voxline

Our role

Voxline began with a look at phone hours in small businesses in French-speaking Switzerland: reception in the morning, voicemail at noon, callbacks days later. Meanwhile, the teams are working. We handle these calls on their existing lines, according to their hours, services and rules.

Questions about Voxline

Do my customers know they are speaking to a virtual assistant?

Yes. Voxline introduces itself as your business’s assistant, never as a human. If the caller asks for a person, it takes a message and sends you their contact details.

Where are call recordings and data stored?

Voxline has no access to any patient or customer record: Voxline only knows your sheet. Call recording can be disabled at your request. Transcripts and summaries are kept for 90 days and then deleted. Data is hosted by our technical providers; details are set out in our terms.

How does support work?

By email at info@voxline.ch, with a reply within one business day. If Voxline stops picking up, the first response arrives within two hours on business days. In any case, your number has a fallback: if Voxline does not answer, the call goes back to your mobile, as it did before Voxline. The details are in our terms.
